Let’s Walk Part 2 by Arnita Marn

Later on it says:

“So here I am, This sinful man, Peace won’t allow”.

We as Christians have to realize that the devil is a real threat. When we are restless and afraid, it pleases him. But the truth is we are not meant to be in this state. John 14:27 says, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Whenever you are sad, afraid or in a state of confusion remember this. God gave me this word when I was crying and confused and this verse is meant to be shared. He has a remedy for all things. I look at God as a super hero. He is always there, right on time to save the day.

At the end of the song it says:

“God is faithful and he cares, About the tears you drop, And the pain you feel He’s there, When you are weak, That’s when he’s strong, Even though you don’t know how, God can, and he will hold you now.”

Even in at our weakest points, God is always there. He makes us strong and gives us the ability to continue to walk through and out of our situations. We have to learn to walk in His love and not in our fear. 1 John 4:16-19 says, “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus.  There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us.” It is now time for us to stand in God’s love and with our heads held high, walk boldly out of our mess and into our Father’s blessings.
